Each video costs credits, and the exact price for your model, quality, and length is shown on the Generate button before you start. Quick drafts start at 1 credit. Credit packs and monthly plans are on the Credits page.
Yes. New accounts get 5 credits once the email address is confirmed (sign-ins with Google, GitHub, or Discord count as confirmed).
Its credits come back to your balance automatically. The same happens if our safety check stops a finished video.
Pack credits and free credits never expire. Plan credits are refreshed every month, and unused plan credits expire at renewal. Plan credits are used first.
Usually a few minutes, depending on the model, quality, and how busy the providers are. You can keep creating while it renders, and we'll tell you when it's ready.
As between you and VYREEL, you own the videos you create, to the extent the law allows, and you can use them commercially as long as you follow our Terms and Content Policy and respect other people's rights. AI videos may not be protected by copyright, and similar videos can be created by others.
No nudity or sexual content, nothing that sexualizes or endangers minors, no gore or graphic violence, no self-harm or hate, and no sexual, humiliating, or deceptive videos of real people. The full list is in the Content Policy.
Every prompt, Avoid entry, source image, and finished video is checked automatically. If something breaks the rules, it's blocked before any credits are used, and the message tells you which rule applies. Try rewording your idea. If you think it was a mistake, contact us.
Three blocked requests in 24 hours pause creation for 24 hours. Six in 30 days, or a request flagged as a child-safety risk, pause it until our team reviews the account. You can still view, download, and delete your videos. Contact Help & support if you think it's a mistake.
Our video provider is temporarily unavailable, so new videos are paused. No credits are used, and videos already in line start automatically when we're back, usually shortly. If a queued video can't be made, its credits are returned.
Open the video in your library and choose Report AI output, or email cody.brazier98@gmail.com. We usually review reports within two business days.
No. VYREEL doesn't use your prompts, images, or videos to train AI models, and we don't sell your information.
They're sent to Replicate, which runs the video models (from Alibaba, ByteDance, and Pruna AI) and our safety check (Meta's Llama Guard), and to Anthropic only when you use writing help. You give permission for this before your first video. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
At least 13. If you're 13 to 17, a parent or guardian must agree to our Terms for you.
Go to Credits & billing and choose Manage subscription. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy for plans and app store purchases.
Go to Settings, or use the account deletion page. We complete deletions within 30 days and email you when it's done.
