Effective November 1, 2026
This policy explains what information VYREEL collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices. VYREEL is operated by Cody Brazier in Tennessee, USA (“we”, “us”). Questions or requests: cody.brazier98@gmail.com.
We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and we don't show ads.
We don't use your prompts, images, or videos to train AI models, and we don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Creating videos means sending your prompts and images to AI providers. Before your first video, we ask for your explicit permission to do this. We share only what each company needs to do its job:
These companies process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Some of them, including some AI model makers, may process data outside the United States.
We may share information when the law requires it (for example, a valid court order), to protect someone from serious harm, to investigate fraud or abuse, or to enforce our Terms. We report apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). If VYREEL is ever sold or transferred, your information would move with it under this policy, and we would tell you first.
VYREEL is not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If we learn a child under 13 has given us information, we stop their account from creating and delete their information. Teens aged 13 to 17 need a parent's or guardian's permission. Parents and guardians can email us to review or delete their teen's information.
We use encrypted connections, private storage with access controls, database rules that keep each person's data separate, and extra verification for staff tools. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your sign-in methods safe. If a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
We will update this policy when our practices change and show the new effective date. For important changes, we will tell you in the app or by email first and, where needed, ask for your permission again.
